I had a fun day colouring with my brother.
I like how I coloured the cheeks of the Snow White with super pink crayons.
I love colouring apple cheeks with super pink colours when I was a kid.
It is so my thing and which I thought will make the girls/ princesses in my colouring books to look pretty that way.
Until when I entered primary school, where nobody coloured them like I do.
Then, my brother asked if I would like to see him performing a "magic show" of a disappearing crayon.
He demonstrated by picking up a small crayon and pretended to stuff it into his nostril.
"See, it's gone.."
Seconds later, he took out the crayon and said, "Tada! Magic~".
Being at the age of 3, I was totally amazed by the trick and clapped my hands repeatedly.
And being a 3-year-old, I was too dumb to think.
I grabbed a crayon and stuff it into my nostril. It was a RED crayon.
The thing is, we're using two types of crayons that day.
Different sizes of crayons to be exact.
A normal-sized crayons and jumbo crayons.
And I accidentally took the jumbo ones.
I tried to pull out the crayon but I couldn't.
My brother was laughing until I started to cry.
He panicked (got scared of being scolded by mommy of course!) and helped me but he failed.
So I ran to mommy (too late to say sorry, bro. :P)
Well, mommy couldn't get the crayon out too, so daddy brought me to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
We had to wait for so long at the hospital and I remember I cried all the way from home and at the hospital.
One of the nurse told mommy that we will still have to wait our turn because they are attending to many people at the moment.
So, she suggested to bring me over to some private clinic at town.
And yeah, daddy brought me to a clinic somewhere at Sinsuran.
It was located on the top floor of shop lots nearby my aunt's shop there.
The nurses and the doctor took some forceps but they weren't sure which kind of forceps that they were supposed to be using.
I started crying again when I see all the forceps on the table.
My brother just stood at the side looking at me.
(I know that he felt guilty about what had happened..)
After a few minutes of trying with different forceps, they finally took out the crayon from my nostril.
The doctor was consulting with my parent when my nose suddenly bleeds. :(
The nurse took some tissues and stuffed them into my nostril again. @.@
Before we left the clinic, the doctor called us and ask if I still want the red crayon. =.=
And he told me not to put anything into my nose again next time.
And that is also the last time my brother ever perform any "magic" in front of me.
I stopped colouring with my brother after that incident.
saya ingat ni crita!:)
